Little Neck
The Little Neck is an ode to the beach blown and weathered cedars of Chappaquiddick. Featuring sample seating for up to 4 persons and Pella® windows the Little Neck is a simple yet functional addition to your wellness routine.

With our proprietary frame system the Little Neck takes up very little room on a parcel and additionally can be a beautiful statement piece within the landscape.

Our foundation design eliminates the need for concrete, gravel pads or any major site preparation which saves cost and ultimately effort on your part to place a unit on your property.

We are partial to cedar shake or cedar clapboard on our exteriors, but do offer other options. Please inquire.
Our interiors are available in Western Clear A Grade Cedar and STK with some small knots as well as Eastern White Cedar. -
Our pricing includes all up front costs and planning for any necessary permitting along with our base exterior and interior finish options. Additional costs to be expected would be larger windows, updated roof lines and any wrap around exterior decking.
Moshup
